I began my sim racing days playing the first papyrus NASCAR game using a keyboard. My dad purchased a Thrustmaster T2 around the time of NASCAR 2 which was really cool for the time as i was not quite 10 years of age. I never spent much time with setups or truly kinda understanding what to do with setups until I was given NASCAR 3 for christmas and it came with the massive manual that explained everything in detail. I also spent time playing nascar legends and the craftsmen truck series expansion pack. NASCAR 4 was the next game I went with and also the first game I had to get a dedicated graphics card to run the game. NR2003 is when I began racing online and learned a wealth of knowledge racing at www.Topsimracing.com sim racing has always been my favorite choice of hobby. i now race at www.Anarchymotorsportsserver.com
I'm striving to one day be capable of competing with the pros but as for now i enjoy being what I consider above average although my IRating may sometimes not support that claim.
I currently attend Roanoke College as a junior. i played Lacrosse my freshmen year where we were defeated in the Division III Final Four against eventual National Champions, Salisbury University. I was cut from the team sophomore year and decided to turn my focus to considering Sim-Racing as my "sport". Although it is not as physically demanding, mentally it takes the same amount of focus it did when i was Goalkeeping in lacrosse.
I hope that when i race with anyone on track they see me as someone who races clean and respectfully gives and takes when the opportunities arise. I wish everyone carries the same respect on track.
